A multi-tenant SaaS platform providing shared business foundations — payments, chat, notifications, AI assistant, and identity — with pluggable vertical products. Currently powering Edu360, a comprehensive school management system with web and mobile apps for administrators, teachers, and parents.
Organizations — especially schools — juggle disconnected tools for payments, communication, scheduling, and operations. Each tool has its own login, data silo, and billing. Scaling across industries means rebuilding shared capabilities from scratch every time.
I architected Hitaji 360 as a platform with shared foundations (identity, tenanting, payments, chat, notifications, AI, file storage) that any vertical product can plug into. The first vertical, Edu360, delivers end-to-end school management — from student enrollment and attendance to invoicing, report cards, and parent communication — across web and mobile.
Platform serves multiple schools with real-time payments, automated notifications, and AI-assisted data queries — reducing administrative overhead and enabling teachers in low-connectivity environments to work offline.
