The Challenge

Investment clubs run on spreadsheets and trust. Contributions, loan interest, fines, and profit splits are all computed by hand, and no two clubs use the same rules. When the numbers are questioned — and they always are — nobody can reconstruct how they were reached.

The Solution

I built configurable contribution, compounding, interest, payment-waterfall, and time-weighted distribution rules so each club can encode its constitution. Multi-step approvals and immutable audit context make every movement of money reconstructable.

Soft-delete audit tracking — every change is reconstructable

AI accountant assistant over typed tool contracts: read-only financial insight (cash position, member statements, audit events), scoped to club-level permissions

Three-tier SaaS monetization (Stripe) with feature gating enforced at both the UI and server-action boundary

Impact & Results

Clubs run their entire financial operation on it — contributions through profit distribution — with every figure traceable back to the rule and the approval that produced it. 36+ test files cover the money paths.
