A nonprofit charter school was hampered by inefficient and disconnected workflows for student enrollment, staff management, and budgeting, leading to administrative overhead and lack of real-time visibility.
I engineered a unified system with modules for student applications (including lottery and waitlist logic), re-enrollment, staff hiring/onboarding, and dynamic budgeting with grant tracking. The system uses rules-driven decision trees to manage complex parallel processes.
